Therapy Services for Teens in Asheville, NC
and Online Across North Carolina, Colorado, and Missouri

Reach out to get your free consultation

If you are ready to get started, let’s talk during your free 15 minute phone consultation.

During the call I will learn about your family's therapy needs and we will see if working together seems like a good fit. I like to meet with you before meeting with your tween or teen, just so we can discuss scheduling and logistics. This also gives you a chance to express your concerns more freely.

I respond in 24 hours, Monday through Friday, to all calls and emails.

Find Your Way

191 East Chestnut St.
Asheville, NC 28801

My office is conveniently located in the historic Hester House Building in downtown Asheville. From Highway 240, you can easily take either the College Street or Merrimon Avenue exits and my office is a few blocks away on East Chestnut Street.

There is ample parking on the North side of the building. If you park in the back portion of the lot, I recommend entering through the back door entrance, which is also wheelchair accessible.

If you park towards the front portion of the parking lot, you are welcome to enter through the front entrance.

There is a waiting area for families, where parents are welcome to sit and sip a hot cup of tea.

My office is large and sunny, with play therapy toys like doll houses and a sand tray table, which even older clients often benefit from.

If you arrive prior to your appointment start time, I will meet you in the waiting area near the rear entrance. Otherwise, I will listen for you at either the front or back door and guide you to my office on the first floor of the building.
